As an investment company, we pursue a long-term strategy to increase the value of our investments. Our focus is on investments in growth segments of the healthcare market around aesthetics, chronic diseases and digitalisation. We are also active beyond the healthcare market. In addition to the healthcare market, we are currently also active in the real estate industry and are open to attractive investment opportunities in other high-growth sectors. We are taking advantage of these potentials. MPH has been listed on the stock exchange since 2009 and our shareholders participate in the success of our investments through an attractive dividend policy. Our direct holdings M1 Kliniken AG and CR Capital AG as well as our indirect holding HAEMATO AG are also listed on the stock exchange.

M1 Kliniken AG specialises in aesthetic and plastic beauty medicine, is the market leader in Germany and is also growing internationally. CR Capital AG is a specialist in modern and affordable housing. It develops and builds residential real estate in the metropolitan areas of Berlin and Leipzig and offers investment opportunities in this area. HAEMATO AG specialises in the import and distribution of COVID-diagnostics as well as low-priced EU and original pharmaceuticals, thus making an active contribution to reducing costs in the healthcare sector.

Our portfolio is rounded off by the "Ventures" area, which comprises the non-listed investments. These holdings are also active in the healthcare market, e.g. in the preparation of patient-related cytostatic solutions and accompanying medications and as incubators for innovative start-ups dealing with future topics in the healthcare market and beyond.
