Patrick Brenske – Management Board

Patrick Brenske

Patrick Brenske studied at the American University, Washington D.C. and at the Frankfurt School of Finance. In his Master's thesis he already dealt with strategic acquisitions in the pharmaceutical sector. Before Mr Brenske was elected to the Management Board of MPH Health Care AG in 2009, he gained extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry at HAEMATO PHARM, among others. Mr Brenske's strengths lie in particular in the identification of companies and business models with high growth potential as well as in the sustainable optimisation of purchasing and sales strategies. From June 2015 to November 2020, Mr Brenske was a member of the Management Board of M1 Kliniken AG. Since 1 December 2020 Mr Brenske has been a member of the Executive Board of HAEMATO AG, where he was already a member of the Executive Board from 2007 to 2012.

Supervisory Board

Andrea Grosse

Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board

Ms Andrea Grosse has been Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of MPH AG since 1 March 2010. She studied law at the LMU Munich and completed her legal traineeship in Munich and London. For more than 20 years, Ms Grosse has successfully worked as a lawyer in Munich and Berlin.


Uwe Zimdars

Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board

Mr Uwe Zimdars was elected to the Supervisory Board of MPH AG as Deputy Chairman on 22 July 2020.

After studying business administration, Mr Zimdars held a senior position at Arthur Andersen in Auditing and Management Consulting. Subsequently, Mr Zimdars was Managing Director of a large logistics service provider for several years and was appointed to the Management Board of the pharmaceutical wholesaler HAEMATO in 2017. His focus and expertise include strategic and operational planning as well as digitalisation.


Prof. Dr. Dr. Sabine Meck

Member of the Supervisory Board

Prof. Dr. Dr. Sabine Meck has been a member of the Supervisory Board of MPH AG since 9 March 2009. Prof. Dr. Dr. Meck studied social sciences, psychology, sports science and Slavic studies. In 1985 and 1999 she received her doctorate in social sciences and philology.

Prof. Meck runs her own Institute for Personality Research and Ethics at Steinbeis University Berlin, specialising in financial and medical ethics, as well as a private practice for psychotherapy. She is also active as a coach and academic author.
